In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase, it is necessary for the item to be returned in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, and meticulously packaged as received. Please note that failure to adhere to these conditions may result in our inability to accept the returned product. However, if these criteria are met, we are more than happy to process the return and take appropriate action.

Our return policy stipulates a 14-day window from the date of delivery for initiating returns. Please be aware that we do not accommodate exchanges; should you wish to replace an item, we kindly request that you initiate a return following the aforementioned guidelines and place a new order.

It is important to note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Upon processing your return, you will receive email notification regarding its status. However, please understand that we cannot assume responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
